dates??

i should really know this by now but still confused. when working out your next period date do you go 28 days from the first day of your last period or the last day of it.

my last was 14th-17th june so when should my next be due if i have quite a normal 28 day cycle

sorry if i sound dunb but due to having coil i never had a period for 3 years so lost track

thats if your cycel is a 28 days cycle or regular.

was that your first period after coming off the coil? If may take a while to settle.

no its my third they were2 8 and 29 days apart and before i had the coil i was always quite regular.. i can only hope that this is the month it only took me between 4-8 weeks to concieve with the other two so im getting a bit impatient, i know it will take longer cause of the coil this time though.
