Please help me recall this song/music video

I remember seeing once of this music video in the 90's (?) of this Jazz singer... Can't remember the name of the artist or the song, but distinctly remember the video featuring a section/performance of Louis "Satchmo" Armstrong... The music video had a festive atmosphere and was upbeat; very "New Orleans"... Does anyone remember this and can provide the name of the artist and the song? Thanks a million...
