Driving on a beach

Hi

Does anybody know of any beaches along the south coast where you can drive on the beach? or is driving on any beach taboo?

Hampshire and either side is preferable, bu anywhere is good.

Nice Idea, bad practice, could be costly consequences, Eg/ stuck in wet spots, salt in your pads/ drums / hanbrake links.

here in NZ a lot of beaches are actually classed as a road with speed limit signs on them.
