The camera at Chideock Devon has been adjudged to be illegal as it was measured from Seatown Road, which is a locally known term for Duck Street. Since ir doesn`t exist legally, the camera is not legal. Does anybody know whether this applies to both cameras, one at each end of the village, or only in one direction. (If so, which|?) Motorists caught , points added and fined have redress apparently against the Courts. This also includes damages for those who lost their jobs etc. due to the wrongly imposed `punishment`.
