i have a atarview box and only have a few channels i have tried to do an automatic scan but only get 158 channels and most of them are scrambled can anyone plz help my kids are devastated they have no telly

NTL was taken over years ago, and are now owned by Virgin. If you are paying for a service you are not receiving, contact them.
