they are basically the same machine
the cheaper one has an AMD processor and a bigger drive
the dearer one is a gen Intel (which are more expensive processor) and a smaller drive bu with a wireless adapter
I'd say the AMD will be slightly faster - but noisier (but the intel will run quite hot)
really though not that much difference - it's the extras and physical size/looks that will decide
I generally stick to intel - but that's part snobbery
the new amd chips are faster and more efficient.
