I did Cazz but only got one answer that didn't really give me the info I need. I have got a fear of going to the docs, I don't want to look mardy, there are lots of people worse off I always think. But my mood swings are extreme, I have to admit. From desperate and suicidal to euphorically happy. I can turn on a sixpence
people on here are not doctors and assuming you do have a problem you will ultimately need to swallow your fear and see your doctor, you cannot rely wholly on the general concensus or random users here who do not have a medical backround.

you will feel better in yourself for seeing the doctor, you may realise that the doctors is not a fearful place. not seeing a doctor is more of a scary existence
Bi-polar depression? Are we talking about sad bears from antarctica that like both male and female bears? If not sorry.

I fully respect and appreciate your answer Cazz, but I still need to know if I am just having mood swings, or I do have a problem. It is affecting my life massively. x
you have some answers on your other thread, alternatively you can google it, I strongly suggest you consider making an appointment to see your doctor, you wont be wasting their time, its their job to see you, they may be able to give you the answers that you need.

Please take the advice given on your original thread, of what you need to do.
a family member or indeed another individual is a separate person with their own brain/mind/thoughts and therefore can only observe you through their own viewpoint, only you know what you feel/think/act like in totality, others assumptions about your reality/situation are their assumptions of what they perceive to be your reality not your actual living reality, your the only person who is the best judge of what makes up and contributes to your reality. mankind still hasn't figured out the mind, drat after all the years of trying!!!
