Any firms like this in North London?
This happened to us and it seems that it is the seal that has broken down letting in air which is why you are steaming up inside the double glazing.
The only way to properly cure it is to get in an expert who will replace either the seal or the panel for you.
As for re using the glass it makes a great cold frame for the garden if you or a friend have one.
