Hi Jammyp2, The problem here is its not strait forward a number of things could cause this to happen, firstly try with uPNP on/off, the best way is to set up a DMZ connection which basically means that the ps3 will have a free flow connection to the net, right on the home hub you will find a setting called "Assign the public IP address to a device" or something like that now if you use 192.168.0.1 to get into you router then you should set this to 192.168.0.15 or just change the last number to 15 on yours, on the PS3 you have to set up a custom connection its all the same set up but you set your ip yourself so set you ip to 192.168.0.15 or the ip you used, and set your gateway and dns to the router ip e.g. 192.168.0.1, subnet should be 255.255.255.0,

If you still need more help message me and I can help you when i'm at home with my ps3 and hub.

Thanks

Paul
