Can't watch video's on youtube etc

I have been trying watchin video's via youtube, and some websites i can't watch things on because it says i need too turn javascript on or download the latest adobe player, i have done this and went onto tools and internet options and turn the active script thing on, and i still can't watch video's, please someone help me :)

Free or cheap website and domain advice please?

You need to download JAVA virtual machine plugins and Adobe flash player to watching vedios online.
