Did you know that google will do conversions for you? Just type (for example) 100 degrees Celsius in Fahrenheit into google and up comes 100 degrees Celsius = 212 degrees Fahrenheit

Water is the name of a chemical substance. Although typically used for refering to its liquid state, solid water (aka ice) is still water as are the gaseous states (water vapour and steam).

Likewise we may usually think of tin as a solid metal but molten tin is still tin.

Just to be as pedantic as Zacs, it also depends on the pressure being exerted on the water - e.g. it boils at a lower temperature at very high altitude than at sea level, and the pressure can be easily changed in laboratories to increase the temperature that it boils at.
