How do you stop adverts from just 'popping up' and taking over your screen while your on a webpage?.
Would appreciate any help, this is an XP and FireFox Browser.

click the tools menu in the internet explorer and than the options select <privacy

in the privacy tab select the tab as in the lower side block the popups and click on apply and ok

otherwise scan wiht the computer from the antivirus
