Hi,

Just wondered if anyone can help. Im trying to track down a recipe for dark chocolate and raspberry pots but cant find it anywhere! Its basically a layer of raspberry at the bottom of a ramekin and the dark chocolate on top which is oven baked then chilled in the fridge. It was a while ago that i used this recipe, but have trawled the web and cant find it - can anyone help?

I've just googled 'raspberry chocolate ramekin' and the recipe for Raspberry Chocolate Mink was on the first page of links. It seems to meet your description:
