if some one is in prison for ghb .dangerous driving and is due to be released next year the victim has got the high court to issue a writ against me for expenses and personal injuries the offender was driving some one elses car with no insurance when the incident happened the victim had been on drugs and that came out in court the offender has no money so how can some one claim and who pays the compensation

I'm not sure I understand how you come into this. Can you explain who to what to whom and how you are related to the parties? What does the writ say about how you are liable?
This posting is very difficult to follow. I might be old-fashioned but I find a bit of punctuation helps.
