Is it possible to add height to concrete fence posts

I was wondering how I can height to my concrete fence posts.
I have seen these http://www.metpost.co.uk/mp_extender.html is a version available for concrete posts?
My posts are not slotted as as they have featheredge nailed to them.

I have been out and looked at these posts again today, the existing posts are concrete and the one's I would like to place on top are wooden.
Has anyone done this before?
