Sales rep

Wonder if anyone out there can point me in the right direction I need an independent cheapish sales rep to get people to join own compnay. We're a small company and my husband doesn't enjoy doing sales not confideant enough.Thanks in advance.

Maybe possible to find someone self-employed who works purely on commission.
But I don't understand what your company sells - 'people to join own company'? - what is it? - a franchise operation?

Thank you builders mate for replying. We're a drycleaning firm who has agents dotted in cachment areas need more agents. Sorry not very clear when i posted.

This sounds easy to me - just try trawling the local shops in areas you want to develop and ask whether they are interested in providing an additional service for their customers. I imagine you offer to pay a percentage of the revenue generated, and deal with all of the logistics yourselves (a van)?
