have you any charges still to claim back? I have claimed mine 2 years ago going back 6 years, I have had 2 charges since and so i am hoping to claim those back. It is the RBS and so not feeling too guilty. I thought I was quite good at my finances, but when companies use the direct debit system erratically what can you do?
