God loves a tryer .... but the devil loves beta testers ...

basically you are bu@@ered.
beta means it's not safe for general use ... and you've found a problem I'm sure the publishers will want to hear about .... they may even fix it when they get round to it ....
but from your point of view
If it won't uninstall you are going to have to search the registry and remove al the keys manually - which is tedious ... and if you get giddy could damage your operating system.

if the prog is called bubbles written by sniff software and installes to c:\program files\sniff software\bubble

you need to look for all the terms
bubble, sniff, sniff software, sniffsoftware
and delete ALL the info under the top key

so for instance ... on the machine I'm working on now ... the yahoo toolbar has info in

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Yahoo
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Yahoo\Companion
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Yahoo\Companion\Opt

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Yahoo

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\YahooPartnerToolbar

and you need to deelete all of it to be sure
sorry ... but that's the only way to be rid
