I am very interested to know why people post questions which are so easily solved by googling. This is not a criticism but so often it is quicker and more satisfying to try and find out the answer yourself. I do use answer bank but only as a last resort.

I totally agree with you. The whole joy for me is to answer as many questions as i can, then google, then as a last resort use the answerbank. Maybe some people are too lazy or just want to earn the prize money without doing any work! Some of the questions are so easy i often think that if someone can't get a simple answer then maybe they should give up doing crosswords altogether! Just realised i sound like a female Victor Meldrew!

Seagirl � I agree. A lot of lazy people use AB rather than discovering the answer themselves via Google.

I�m sure part of the problem is also that some of them don�t have a clue how to use Google properly, ie you need to give some thought to exactly what you ask it to search for.
