I know this should be in 'radio' but no-one seems to go there much.

I couldn't believe it last night when I heard Ryan tell Kenton to "p*ss off" so I listened again today, and sure enough during the scuffle he pushed him out and said it! I think he also said "b*stards" but was so shocked at the 'p' word I couldn't swear to it (excuse the pun).
Now I'm no prude, but The Archers? What has the world come to?

You don't know what you are missing.
lankeela, is there any way I could listen to the Archers without having to tune in every day of the week when I am hard at work? Is there some sort of weekly omnibus edition where I could keep up en masse?

Or you can have an email sent to you with a brief outline of what happens. Go to the Radio 4 website and follow the links.
Weekly Omnibus available on Radio 4 Sunday mornings.
I tend to listen to the omnibus rather than each night's episode, so will listen out to hear if they have cut the swearing at that time of a Sunday morning.
I don't know what I'd do without my weekly fix of the Archers. No-ne who knows me well dares to phone on a Sunday morning!! To make sure I don't miss the omnibus edition I record it through sky so I can play it back at any time and have even been known to download it to my ipod ...I am truly hooked.

I saw a paperback in the newsagent today, 'who's who in the Achers' sort of thing, but at 5.99 for a tiny little book I will stick with the website.
