Are you in the UK.....most of the resources and recipes would seem to be American.....looks esier to just buy a bottle of the stuff.

I am American...but have been in the UK for 19yrs.....I miss rootbeer!!..Loved it as a kid.

You can get Carter's Root Beer in most supermarkets. I love Root Beer.

How interesting! I've always wondered what root beer was!

So, am i right in thinking it's a bit like a mix of our (uk) sasparilla, ginger beer and dandelion and burdock?

Which supermarkets in the uk do they sell rootbeer? i love that stuff! in the dentist's they used to give you a red liquid to rinse your mouth out that tasted of rootbeer......and no i did'nt use to drink it! haha!

i love rootbeer! you can get carters in asda and sainsbury's but its worth rooting around in deli's and finding some proper stuff!
