Places/images stereotypical of odessa??

Hi all,

Doing a project on Odessa, Ukraine for work. Just wanted people's opinions of what pictures/places/colours are stereotypically seen as being Odessa. Or what makes Odessa/ukraine easily identifiable.

Apart from the obvious, industrialisation, the large ports on the Black Sea, and Arcadia Beach, I would have to confess to me it looks like any other ex-soviet/Eastern European city although much younger. It has a good cultural mix, so the people make the difference.
