just come back from visiting my in laws..shes 75 hes 80,
an Anglia windows sales person has talked them into replacement windows on finance !!! �8,000 + with interest over 96 months works out at over �17,000+ with payments at �172 per month !!!!
they are both on state pension, nothing else they are also totaly confused cant remember what day it is let alone anything else, they had no idea what they signed for...
luckily i have put a stop to the finance but would any finance company take a deal like this on at there age???

This is not what one normally expects of a reputable company. If the arrangement arose as the result of a 'cold call' there should be an agreement in writing and a 'cooling off ' period. If you haven't already done so, I would suggest you seek advice of the Trading Standards Office covering your area.
I agree.. that's outrageous.
