My leather steering wheel is worn in one small part. I think covering it with fablon or leatherette or similar would suffice but I cannot find any in the local shops. Has anyone any suggestions where I can buy something suitable please?

Hi, depending on the type of your car & the cost to re-leather your steering wheel & it can get done I would be looking at EBay 247 car parts or any scrap yards within you area & replace it, its not a big job to do if you have the means.

Thanks TWR, I'll look this up.
sew piece of chamois & felt-tip dye to match.
Why not just buy a wheel glove ?
Not leather - but looks it, and fits most steering wheels.
