disabled tax disc

presently ican get free road tax iam in receipt of mobility.my friend used it on his car to run me around which is ok.a few week ago we had a disagreement which resulted in ending friendship.the tax runs out inapril.can anybody tell me what steps i should take -so i am within the law.

sounds like you've not followed the rules thus far unless your friend if officially your nominee, but you need to take action now.

Did your friend use the car when you weren't in it and he wasn't on your business?

Anyway, you should inform the DVLA that the car is no longer being used by you or on your behalf

You are still within the law even if you do nothing but your friend is outside the law whenever his car is on a public road.
