Is there a way to send the TV signal wirelessly. I need to d this as I have an areal in the loft but not connected to my TV downstaires, and I dont want to run cables everywhere

No, the only way to connect an antenna to a TV is with coaxial cable. If it's digital, satellite grade coax is recommended.
The only way I can think of doing it is to put a cheap freeview box or video recorder in the loft and then use a wireless tv sender/receiver such as
