weird stretch marks in a werid place....?

why would someone who can only be described as skinny and small...who has never been fat...aged 25 have strange large stretch marks just above their buttocks, below the waist, across the coccyx

each stretch mark runs the entire width of the back - hip to hip, and theres about 4 of them...with a few smaller ones around them....they are also go from 3mm to 8mm wide in places...!

they are a slightly different darker colour to his skin, but not deep red or anything

they are nowhere else on his body

any ideas?

even if someone had once been fat...this is still a weird place to have them isnt it? - an nowhere else?

My skinny son has stretch marks on his thighs from growing tall very rapidly between 15 and 17. They are fading away now. I think it might be related to how fatty and squidgy the tissue is, with lean tissue being more prone to showing stretch marks. Or maybe its an inherited thing. If so my lad did not inherit from me as I am short and not stretch-marked.
