why has michael and latoya jackson thought it was a good idea to steal their garden gnomes noses and have it surgically placed onto their faces? can they even get any air into their lungs with those things?

Well,you see,air (through the mouth AND nose) provides oxygen to the brain,so it functions properly.
As LaToya and Michael appear to lhave no brains,the lack of oxygen doesn't matter! LOL
