ice in fridge

CAN ANYBODY OFFER ANY SUGGESTIONS AS TO THE FOLLOWING PROBLEM I HAVE WITH MY FRIDGE.

slight icing appears on the condensing plate at the rear of the fridge, the hole which allows the condensed water to leave the rear of the fridge is clear and free of any obstruction. The thermostat is only set on 2 and the temperature appears ok ( I have not got a thermometer to check the exact temperature ).

The fridge is a Fridgemaster, I would be grateful if somebody could offer an explanation as to what could be wrong with it, I do not want to replace it if it is something simple.

Thanks in advance.

Can't offer any help, just to say mine does the same and sometimes just 'water drops' doesn't seem to affect it though.
I had that problem - until I turned the temperature down slightly for the fridge
i have a big american style fridge freezer and mine does it too. it's less than 2 years old so i'm not replacing it!
IMine freezes at the bottom, sometimes the apples are frozen in the drawer!
Maybe we need to turn them down, as jack suggests.

Sounds perfectly normal to me - mine does the same and only causes a problem when i put items right up against the condensing plate which then get a bit frozen.
