i love tuna and Sweetcorn but i Hate Mayo, or any other type of salad dressing, and always seems really dry when i make tuna and sweetcorn pasta /sarnie with lots of black pepper.

so im thinkin of making Tuna and Sweetcorn pesto Wrap / sarnie / pasta for lunch atwork , so will pesto go with tuna and sweetcorn? or does it sounds abit yucky?? :) xx

Oh YES . But not too garlicky one !! Yum yum. Might be an idea to use a little french dressing to calm the pesto down tho'. :o)
Salad cream is nice with tuna
i usually put tonnes of vinegar on it to moisten it up, which is ok.... i much prefer your idea of using pesto though! maybe sundried tomato paste would be nice too?
That sounds so good I might have to try it myself! :-) Yum! Enjoy!
How about a little Greek yoghurt or a jar of passata (sieved tomatoes)
