astra 1.7 diesel P reg.PROBLEM STARTING ENGINE WHEN WARM..
starts in morning then wont start after using it rest of day. turns over but wont kick in. changed oil and filter, air filter, glo plugs, fuel pump pipe and injector pipes replaced or blown through. ANY IDEAS PLEASE. THANKS

Hi, Fuel Filter? in--Line filter? Have you enough POKE in the battery? I would get that checked.
just another thought, what about valve efficiency and timing being slightly off also how good is the fuel delivery pump; after 72000 miles it may be a bit worn. Just trying t help.S OG
Spark plugs? are they silted up?

Terambulan, read the question Its a diesel LOL.
valve efficience or tappet adjustment as it used to be known is hydraulic on these engines, requires no adjustment
what about air leaks?, very little stops a diesel firing.
1) clogged injector, 2) no compression, 3) poor battery, 4) no fuel, This assumes the solenoid is ok in the pump.
72K pretty low for a diesel pump
