Availl - can it be removed?

I have got a programme called Availl on my PC which my daughter somehow acquired.  Can anyone tell me what it is and if it can be removed.  I've tried uninstalling it without success.  Thanks.

This is probobally spyware of some sort.

Try adaware,spybot or a2(freeware) and see if you have been infected

My guess is that you will find more than 200 infections!
