wear a very good mask and plastic protective clothing if u do. i know a few people who have had long painful deaths with it and im only 30. Careful man. that is bad stuff!

Also blob some shaving foam where you are about to drill.
If you must. Alternatively get somebody in their eighties to do it for you!
Friable fibres can stay floating in the air virtually indefinitely. Vacuum cleaners will not catch them either.
