Don't recognise it, but more often than not, background music is sourced from independent writers, and is rarely commercially available.

Thanks for trying guys. Sorry if the sound in clip is low.
I've heard this tune used in so many programmes before and just cant find out what it is.

Its been used in Grand stand and X factor.

Someone must know it.
