Having another senior moment ... this i smy last one and I just don't get .... 15a; Police stood between both sides in the ceasefire (5) ..... and I have it as A_U_E and none of the woeds I can mnake seem to fit the clue. Maybe I have another one wrong? Answer with explanation please would help me. Many Thanks

If your letter A was wrong,then truce would fit. not sure about the t and e but ruc would be police (royal ulster constabulary) and a truce is a ceasefire. Hope this is of help.
