Puppy has a pimple on her head

My 6 month old puppy has a pimple - a pink lump with no hair on it just like a human pimple on her head by her eyebrow. Do dogs get pimples or is it likely to be where she has been scratched by our cat or something?

Do I call the SSPCA?
