This morning when I was looking through the paper I saw an article someone had written regarding mobile phones and the risk of brain cancer. What are your views on this? Do you think they are really dangerous and can cause brain cancer? Do you use a mobile phone? Do you worry about using it? Please discuss.....

I don't think there is any real risk from using a mobile phone. As far as I know there hasn't been an increase in cases of brain cancer despite the fact almost every one in the UK owns and uses a mobile these days.If we worried about every single health scare then we may as well give up now! I want absolute irrefutable proof that they are dangerous before I stop using mine.

used occasionally there can be no problem, just dont glue it to your ear
where the hell is joggerjayne my life is falling apart here
30hrs pm is less than 1hr per day.....Mobiles are dangerous for anyone under 25 as their brains are still developing and the radio waves play havoc with their hormones. They can't work properly as the phones get in the way.

All under 25s should bin their mobiles (or give to Nanna) for their best welfare, health & careers.
