i love the fish snapper (especially red snapper) but cant seem to find it anywhere,
do you know where i can buy it from in dorset?

If you are on the coast try the local
fishermen ..red snapper is ..i think
from warm waters ...but you should
be able to buy it in Waitrose ....
how about Sea bass ..lovely and
not flown around the world ...
