My ex partner had a car of finance of which he still owes 3 years off a 4 year loan, we have split up but he has left the vehicle with me at my house, as he cannot drive, i am registered keeper, but cannot afford 270.00 a month as i am not working and got 3 children, what do i do with this vehicle as British Credit Trust will not give me any information as it was not a joint loan, i just want to give it back asap as its on my drive with no tax and insurance, Thank you Theresa Roberts

Firstly, get a Statutory Off Road Notice (SORN) for the vehicle - then it will be legal

If he doesn't pay, it will soon be repossessed. Not your loan, not your problem.
The owner of the car is responsible for the car not the person on the registration document.
