I went to some friends last night for a meal and a few drinky poos, I didn't get home until 4am this morning, got up at 11am and just wondered around drinking tea, it's now 9.24pm and just about feeling normal. Should I now have hair of the dog or a milky drink and bed?.

I usually find it doesn't catch up with my until a day or so later.

I had a crap night's sleep last weekend and was really tired through the week with it so it'd be to bed for me :)

I do need my sleep though so depends how much sleep you usually need.
Milky drink and snuggle up in bed : )
I think you need a hair of the dog - just the one - you'll sleep so much better...

Just had hair of the dog, my typing may be questioinable, but had a good weekend and my friend gave me some perfume bottles, which I collect. Another Q comes to mind.........
