so the woman over the road is going to court for driving while over the limet driving without accordance to a licence driving with no test certificate and driving with no third party insurance do any of these tie in with that as if she gets off on one the others wont count if that makes scense, just trying to piece things together before we go to court also when she crashed it was outside my house my brother wasnt there so we went out when my brother came she wouldnt answer the door and the same when the police came so dosen't that mean that she left the scene of an accident and isnt that another offence?

I found this difficult to follow with it being all one sentence and I'm not clear why you are going to court. Did she hit your brother's car? Are you giving evidence as a witness? If you are a witness you can only report what you saw and then leave it for the court to decide on the sentence. And won't the police decide on the charges- I don't see how you can have a say in that.
Please can you clarify what you're asking.
