Pain in my T4 Vertebrae

For a long time, I've had pain in my upper back (Rhomboid region), which is obviously caused by poor posture and the various workout routines I do for my back.

I also have a pain in one of the bones in the Thoracic region. A physio said it was the T4 Vertebrae. Does anyone know why the actual Vertebrae would hurt. I can understand muscular pains, but surely a bone pain would be quite serious?

I am a but confused as to where your pain actually is located. Neck or thoracic region or both. T4 vertebra is very precise, presumably she has pressed on it with her hands.
Yes bone pain can be due to various things, but only MRI scanning and blood tests can elucidate the diagnosis. Only a guess, but it would seem that you may have cervical spondylosis, but all this is guess work, but if you are that worried seek an orthopaedic opinion.

T4 is Thoracic below the Rhomboid Major. The Physio did say lots of women have this pain, but didn't know why.

I think you are right about seeing an Orthopaedic Consultant and having a MRI, so far my GP has only ever suggested Physio.
