hi im small build but feel my legs r to skinny. any ideas how i can build them up?

Lots of bike riding and walking (especially up hills) should do the trick! It has for me I 've got right calf muscles!

cool thanx will do that
squats and lunges are easy ways of developing leg muscles, as well.
a good 1 for you calfs whilst brushing your teeth. stand up straight flat footed and then go onto your tip toes keep repeating do it quite fast you should feel your calf muscles tightning.
