Jobs for 14 year olds

I'm fourteen and i want a job not just to earn a little money but to have something to do on the weekends i dont want to commit to an agency i just want to do a little babysitting . i've looked up details on law and its legal but i have no idea how to persuade people to let me babysit and even if i could i don't know where to get started and i don't know how to find people . does anyone have any ideas or have been through the same thing and have suggestions. i still plan to search though . thankyou .

well first off i would ask around in your family because they know you and can get it touch if anything happens to go a bit wrong and then ask your parents friends and see if they nead anyone. anyway good luck and let me know how everything goes :) from Lauren
