imo the two best sites are www.wheyconsortium.co.uk and www.ministryoffitness.com for protein. Get your tuna and chicken in, dont neglect carbs, make sure you eat a fair amount of good fats. I believe the look you are after could be obtained through diet alone. getting cut is about 85% diet.

p.s. no offence but I am dubious that you have a good workout program. Anything commercial is awful. post it up if you want.

sorry thats www.theministryoffitness.com
Just out of curiosity, why should it be a low carb diet? I have a tried a few diets that specialise in removing a particluar part of the diet and have found while they do give good results to begin with, it's very hard to stick to them as you can only tell yourself not to eat something for a limited time. I am currently doing the slimming world diet which is hardly restricted at all and you can still eat everything you like. I've lost 1.9 stones in a short amount of time and I havn't made any significant changes. It's great! (p.s. No, I don't work for slimming world).

The best way i found is just a normal, low fat balanced diet. If you eat everything in moderation, at the right times and you have a good workout programme (like you say you have) you will not have any problem at all in losing body fat and toning up.

All this low carb diet stuff is an 'ok' short term fix but is unreliable, unhealthy and no more beneficial to you in the long term especially if you are aiming to lose the fat and then maintain those levels.

when i say low carb i dont mean no carbs, but if i want to lose body fat then i will have to cut carbs as well as fat. as for my work out programme i am a student and work part time so I can only train four days a week. each session i concentrate on a different area, day1-legs day2-chest and triceps day 3-biceps and back day4-shoulders i also do 30mins of cardio every session. as i want to get toned rather that get bigger i am concentrating on lifting a lighter weight but doing more reps. what do you think of this? any suggestions?
