what is the best way to use tonguescrappers..., how often.....and when.....am thinking once a day and just before going to bed......anyone have any advice.....

Best time is first thing in the morning, before you've eaten anything or brushed your teeth.

My dentist advised me to tongue scrape just twice weekly as anymore damages the taste buds!
