Can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong please.
When try to send e-mails via outlook express messages come up 'could not find host' or 'could not find server' pease help tanks

You are may not be connected, try to connect to internet explorer. If you then have the same answer its quite probable that your ISP is not connecting, contact them.

check your outgoing (smtp) server for the email account you are having problems with. it's on the tools menu under accounts, it needs to be the name of your ISP's SMTP server. you can probably find the correct name on the support section of your ISP's website.
