The printer works from the local computer.

However, if you try to print from the networked printer, the document is sent to the print queue but gets stuck there and isn't printed. Therefore, you can't print from the local computer because the job from the networked computer is blocking the print queue.

If you restart the local computer, the print jobs in the queue are printed as soon as it restarts.

Extra information - the local computer has Windows Vista, the networked computer has Windows XP. The printer is an HP Laserjet 1020.
