Tickets for Wimbledon on eBay

It doesn't seem fair that people are selling Wimbledon Tennis tickets on eBay this year .. when my uncle did this last year he had a letter from Wimbledon saying tickets are not allowed to be re-sold ... and had to send them back to Wimbledon for a refund ! Luckily he hadn't posted the tickets to the new buyer.

I work a stones throw away from the courts, and its a pain in the posterior when Wimbledon in on. The traffic is horrendous at the best of times, its bumper to bumper when the tennis starts.

Thats why I now cycle.

They are just jealous that he may make more money on the tickets than them. Once he buys the tickets, they are his property and he should be allowed to sell for as much as he likes. I would!

Well thousands of people seem to be getting away with it, trust my uncle to get caught !! I wonder if Wimbledon check up on everyone selling tickets illegally, and how did they find his address -- they hadn't bought the tickets !!

that may also happen to those who are advertising now. Ebay cant stop them being put on but can pull them when asked.

Every year I apply for tickets in the post and I am never never lucky!

I have been though and it is an experience.

Wimbledon is my favourite time!!!
