Hi Hannah, Just sorted my wifes car out with something simular, Fist, how old is the car? what mileage has it done? if the car is under 4yrs old send a letter off to Customer care dept at FORD UK explain your case also depending on what I have stated, explain the the car has not been used for off roading, you have not been over silly rough grounds, and ask them will they help with the cost of replacement parts, try and ( If poss) take all your details, Chass No, Engine No, Mileage, Owners, And again if poss, the part No on the spring & also I have a feeling that this car has a bad HISTORY, Did you get someone to check the car out when you bought it? has the car had a rear end shunt? check these details out.,
